Bring out the strawberry lemonade, flatforms, Views, s'mores and pointless summer fings, because it's summer babe.

Thanks to Instagram and Snapchat, your summer has gotta be lit. For those that aren't going to Spain, Thailand or some hip music festival with wild flowers and fringe, say hello to the Summer Bucket List.

Summer is such a special time to enjoy the gorgeous weather, outdoor happy hour and bright pedis. For the love of yourself, do NOT take summer for granted. Additionally, do NOT waste time on over glorified hookups, there's no loser boy hotter than your Summer Bucket List.

So, you do you make a Summer Bucket List? I was digital this year and created my list on a Google spreadsheet with sheets for my lady friends. However, feel free to go old-school with a clean notebook.

Next, think about what you can do in your area to really live it up this summer. Hop on Instagram and explore cool Insta shots (because sometimes it really is for the 'gram). Has your work wife done anything you're dying to try as well? Curious about those free outdoor exercise classes? Craving a creative ice cream cone? Wanna hit up a street festival and enjoy fried ores and dough? Go for it, because you're on holiday all summer long!

Hot Wheels
I have always wanted to rent a bike and breeze through Prospect Park in Brooklyn. Being a bike-less Brooklyn babe, I rented a bike for $12/hour to enjoy the sprawling green space with my best friend. 

Mermaid Parade
This is my favorite parade in NYC, the crowd and costumes are quirky, beautiful and so unique to Coney Island. Everyone flocks here to greet the beachy days of summer.

Pall Ball
Nothing is more quintessential American summer than a ball game with a glass of lemonade. My friend and I watched the Mets horribly lose in the Queens sunshine.

Dixie Chicks
If you're not embarking on an exotic summer vacation, splurge on your staycation. My friend and I caught the Dixie Chicks for a night of inspiration with a side of twang.

Summer Girls
Before the summer ends, play tribute to LFO's Summer Girls with the top down.
