Julia Childs was right, people who love to eat are always the best people. I learned this at my first Food & Nutrition Conference & Expo, where I was a proud member of Unilever's booth and Agents of Change campaign. The conference is attended by 5-8,000 Registered Dietitian Nutritionists, people who are deeply passionate about nutrition and the true original foodies.

Our booth was beautiful and spacious, filled with yummy food, easy recipes, career inspiration and friendly faces. I had blast serving up cooking demos that showed consumers how to make healthy meals, including Hellmann's Kale & Quinoa Salad and Knorr's Creamy Bruschetta Chicken. As a PR professional, I always love to meet our consumers, it makes my heart happy to chat about the brands and projects that mean so much to me!

Being a part of a campaign like Agents of Change is so rewarding and watching it come to life at the conference was magical. I had a moment where I felt like the luckiest PR girl in the world, to be working on a project that is in line with your personal passions and principles is the dream.

Cheers to good food, rewarding work and meaningful relationships!
